16.if you decode it go again to the sport shop

19.Click first the Life Preserver Shooter
20.Go to Iceberg(a little island on the upper right)
21.Click on the Penguins

26.go back to the Sport shop,get the Graplling hook
27. go to mountain
28.fix the telescope with the wrench tool on your Spy phone(to do this click on your spy phone click the blinking light with the word Tools,then pick up the tool you want)
29.look at it
30.find th green puffle flying over the mountain
31.go to the tallest mountain
32.use the graplling hook to go to the higgest
33.click ''Hey this must be one of Aunt Arctic's missing Puffles''
34.Click the word the will flash.
35.Get your Reward.
